Atom Privacy Policy
Atom records Google Meet sessions only after a signed-in user submits a meeting link.
Information We Use
Atom uses your Google account email and Google account identifier to sign you in and associate private recordings with your account. Atom does not request Google Drive or Gmail access.
Recordings
Atom stores completed meeting audio and video in its application database on the hosting provider's persistent storage. Recordings remain there until the owner deletes them. Atom also stores meeting metadata such as title, duration, and summary text.
When meeting summaries are enabled, Atom sends temporary audio-only chunks to OpenAI for transcription and summary generation. Video frames are not sent for summarization, transcripts are not retained by Atom, and temporary audio chunks are deleted after processing.
Sharing
Atom does not sell user data. Data is used only to provide sign-in, private meeting recording storage, playback, troubleshooting, and security.
Data Removal
You can permanently delete a stored recording and its metadata from your Atom profile. You can also remove Atom's sign-in access from your Google Account permissions page at any time.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact the app owner through the support email listed on Atom's Google OAuth consent screen.
